Administration Council

The Administration Council of First Presbyterian Church oversees the church’s financial health and operational stewardship. Meeting monthly, the council monitors financial activity in relation to the annual budget, reviews designated funds and investments, and works closely with the Business Manager to ensure responsible management of church resources.

Financial Oversight & Stewardship

Using historical data and current trends, the council prepares the church’s yearly operating budget and provides ongoing financial oversight in support of the mission and ministries of FPC. The council also ensures that regular financial examinations are conducted and that strong internal controls are maintained to promote transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship.

Membership & Administrative Support

The Administration Council supports the maintenance of accurate membership records to assist church leadership in thoughtful planning for staffing, programming, and ministry engagement.

Stewarding Resources for Ministry

Through faithful oversight, careful planning, and collaborative leadership, the Administration Council helps ensure that the resources of FPC are managed with integrity, accountability, and care so the church can thrive in its ministry and outreach.
